Manufacturer of sensors for disaster prevension

Takuwa Corporation has been manufacturing and providing monitoring sensors for disaster-prevention measures such as water level gauge (WLG) to measure the water level of river in flood, or detecting sensor of sediment disasters in the field of river, sabo, and water gate facilities. Most of the customers who use our sensors are national government, mainly Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism or local governmental units.
We have been developing a strong background of manufacturing, sales, installation works, and maintenance works in our 50 years history at home and overseas. The domestic market share of WLG and gate opening indicator are about 70%. We also have delivery results of WLG and related monitoring sensors for Asian countries (Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.)
We have been accelerating proposing to the organizations concerned of water/debris flow related disasters over the past few years maximizing the accumulated know-how and proposal capabilities for public work projects in Japan. We aim to contribute to Bosai especially for south-eastern Asia through promoting our products.
